UpWork is a freelance social platform and marketplace that needed to quickly pivot towards The Great Resignation. I worked with their team to build out a campaign that embraced the new workforce landscape. The campaign launched with Upwork’s first television commercial. The spot debuted Thanksgiving Day during Fox’s NFL broadcast.
